Our preschool program is a comprehensive theme based program

Two's Room

Picture
Teacher Vivian's twos classroom encompasses the whole child, encouraging growth and independence. Our twos are offered multi-sensory experiences. Many opportunities are included in our activities that allow children to learn through touch, smell, taste, sight, and hearing. We know that children learn most when information is provided through all the senses.

Three's Room

Picture
Teacher Raschell's threes have a natural sense of curiosity, so we give them experiential learning hands on. The threes begin to use a pencil, trace, learn sounds, letters, numbers, and get creative with textures.

Four's Room

Picture
Teacher Elena's Fours class is a remarkable Pre-K classroom. The fours are getting ready for kindergarten, and the goal is to prepare them. Teacher Elena not only teaches the fours their alphabets, but also the sounds by incorporating the Zoo-Phonics program into her classroom curriculum. Our fours enjoy learning how to recognize, sound,  write their names, and learn short words ie: cat, hat, mat, pan, man, ran...

Each day is intentionally planned to support each child's cognitive, social, motor, and emotional development. Our preschool consists of a preschool curriculum that natures the whole child.

School Age Program

Picture
We are growing!!!!

ELDC recently added a school age program to the campus. We provide care before and after school for children between the ages of 5 years and 10 years (K-4th grade). We provide care on school closure days, but close for all major holidays. We do not provide transportation.

Additional preschool classroom!
We have expanded our preschool center. We now have 4 classrooms.

Examining objects at a nature table helps me learn new vocabulary, concepts of texture, color, weight, observations of likeness and differences, to group objects into categories, and to appreciate nature and develop a sense of wonder. Science skills.

When I play with blocks, cars, and trucks I learn concepts of shape, size, length, and location. To create and repeat patterns, to exercise imagination, to cooperate with others, problem solve, and the properties of wood. Math skills
